You will find the answer in our production procedure: First , we purchasing high quality raw materials from famous brands, then we will inspect the raw material quality and make a pieces sample with this material, and we will test the quality and do the environmental testing. We will only use the material after it’s all achieve the request.
Then we will scan the cars and get the 3D STL file to produce the mold, we can make customer’s pattern and logo on the mold, then we will make sample with the mold first to check if it’s perfect fit, and we will revise it until it’s perfect fit the car.
Then we will start the bulk production with this material and mold. And our worker will inspect the car mats one by one before pack them to the cartons.
We pack each set car mats in one carton( include 3 pcs : driver mat, passenger mat, rear mat)， this will avoids damage during transportation. For the shipment, we will send it by sea or by sea+ups to most country. The cost will include all the cost, you will receive it in your office, no need to clear the goods from custom by yourself.
We are producing the new mold for Tesla model Y 2021,the size is different with model Y 2020, it’s the chance for you to sell it when the other factory still don’t have the new mold.
